ASHLEY WILLIAMS AND PAUL CAMPBELL STAR IN "FALLING TOGETHER," PREMIERING ON WORLD ALZHEIMER'S DAY, SEPTEMBER 21, ON HALLMARK CHANNEL

Part of the Network's Annual Fall into Love Programming Event

Moving to a new city leads a woman to find fellowship and community through the Walk to End Alzheimer's when Ashley Williams (Notes of Autumn, Five More Minutes: Moments Like These) and Paul Campbell (Magic in Mistletoe, Three Wise Men and a Baby) star in Falling Together, a new, original movie premiering on World Alzheimer's Day, Saturday, September 21 (8 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel as part of the network's annual Fall into Love programming event.

Williams, who has written poignant, personal essays for People and Medium about her own mother's battle with Alzheimer's, serves as executive producer alongside her husband Neal Dodson (Love, Classified). She and her family have a longtime relationship with the Alzheimer's Association going back to when they were navigating their mother's illness, and they've been active in the cause by Williams serving as emcee for the annual Walk to End Alzheimer's and hosting the Dance Party to End Alz each year with her family. To ensure the movie's accuracy, the Alzheimer's Association became involved by giving notes on the proper language to use when talking about the disease and advocating for involvement in the Walk, as well as providing the gear to capture the event's joy, color and authenticity.

"When I first moved to Manhattan a few years ago, I threw a 'chili party' in my apartment building to get to know everyone - and no one came. Once I worked my way through the shame...and the copious leftovers...I thought, 'Maybe there's a rom-com here!,' Williams shared. "Turns out this was the perfect leaping off point to reunite with my dear friend Paul Campbell in a hilarious, warm, comedy amongst the autumn leaves. The Alzheimer's Association was instrumental in providing resources for our family when my mother was ill, and getting to tell this story with their support is something I'm really proud of."

"Putting care into the world is a basic tenet of the Hallmark brand, so when Ashley and Neal brought this idea to us we felt it was a perfect fit," began Bart Fisher, Vice President, Programming, Hallmark Media. "This is an important cause that affects so many people, whether it's the patient or a family member. We're happy to be able to help shine a light on it while also giving our viewers the kind of heartwarming story filled with romance that they know and love."

ABOUT FALLING TOGETHER

Natalie (Williams) just relocated to Pittsburgh for work and is eager to become part of her new town. While exploring her surroundings, she comes across the perfect opportunity for involvement and joins the Walk to End Alzheimer's as a volunteer. Meanwhile at home, her efforts to bring the building residents together as a community have fallen flat, and Mark (Campbell), the prickly super, advises her to leave well enough alone. As the two spend time together while Natalie continues her quest to win over her neighbors, she and Mark become close and a spark begins to grow. But just when it looks like building harmony has been restored, things unexpectedly unravel. Disheartened, Natalie focuses her time and energy on the Walk which just may be the path to healing and happily ever after.

To round out the viewer experience, Hallmark will make fashion, including wardrobe and accessories from Falling Together, available for purchase through online resale company LuxAnthropy, with all proceeds being donated to the Alzheimer's Association(R).

Falling Together is from Hallmark Media. Neal Dodson and Ashley Williams are executive producers. The movie is produced by Rob Lycar, Gemma Martini, Jamie Goehring and Shawn Williamson. Jonathan Shore serves as supervising producer. Mike Rohl directed from the teleplay by Rick Garman, based on a script by Adam Kulbersh.

Katie Leclerc and Ryan McPartlin Star in "A Very Vermont Christmas" on Hallmark

A local champion skier and Vermont brew master teams up with an unlikely match to create a seasonal microbrew in order to save her family’s business by Christmas when Katie Leclerc (Letters to Santa) and Ryan McPartlin (Cut, Color, Murder) star in A Very Vermont Christmas, a new, original movie premiering Saturday, July 20 (8 p.m. ET/PT), on Hallmark Channel.

It’s Christmastime in a Vermont ski town where Joy (Leclerc), a young brew master and local champion skier, runs her family's classic ski pub, Mogul Joe’s, with her mother, Mary (Joanna Herrington, Christmas Camp). Times have been tough for Mogul Joe’s since Joy’s father passed away and she wonders how they’re going to pay their bills this Christmas. One day Joy’s exboyfriend Greg (John Forest, 30 Second Somebodies) wanders in and tells them about the new Brew-Ski competition he’s holding at his rival establishment, Frosty’s. Joy and Mary are intrigued as winning the competition may be the Christmas miracle they are looking for. Meanwhile, Joy meets Zac (McPartlin), a charming but struggling novice skier, on the mountain when he crashes into her getting off the lift. Joy hesitates when she is informed that Zac is the beer distributor for Scholz Beer who supplies Frosty’s.

However, Zac wins her over with his charm and exceptional beer tasting pallet. Joy agrees to give Zac ski lessons and in return, he helps her create a new seasonal microbrew called Hoppy Holiday IPA for the Brew-Ski competition. Their feelings for each other blossom as Joy and Zac’s new holiday IPA sells like crazy and seems to turn her business around. Gripping Series "Lady in the Lake" Starring Natalie Portman & Moses Ingram Premieres on July 19

Gripping series "Lady in the Lake" starring Natalie Portman & Moses Ingram Premieres on July 19

Apple TV+ unveiled the trailer for “Lady in the Lake,” the upcoming, seven-part limited series starring Academy Award and Golden Globe Award winner Natalie Portman, who also serves as executive producer, and Emmy Award nominee Moses Ingram.

The series is created and directed by Alma Har’el. “Lady in the Lake” will make its global debut on Apple TV+ with the first two episodes on Friday, July 19, 2024, followed by new episodes every Friday through August 23, 2024.

Based on the 2019 novel by New York Times bestselling author Laura Lippman, the new Apple Original drama premieres Friday, July 19, 2024.

When the disappearance of a young girl grips the city of Baltimore on Thanksgiving 1966, the lives of two women converge on a fatal collision course. Maddie Schwartz (Portman) is a Jewish housewife seeking to shed a secret past and reinvent herself as an investigative journalist, and Cleo Johnson (Ingram) is a mother navigating the political underbelly of Black Baltimore while struggling to provide for her family. Their disparate lives seem parallel at first, but when Maddie becomes fixated on Cleo’s mystifying death, a chasm opens that puts everyone around them in danger. From visionary director Alma Har’el, “Lady in the Lake” emerges as a feverish noir thriller and an unexpected tale about the price women pay for their dreams.

Starring alongside Portman and Ingram in the series are Y’lan Noel, Brett Gelman, Byron Bowers, Noah Jupe, Josiah Cross, Mikey Madison and Pruitt Taylor Vince.

Hailing from FIFTH SEASON, “Lady in the Lake” is produced by Crazyrose and Bad Wolf America, and is created, executive produced, written and directed by Har’el alongside producing partner Christopher Leggett.

In addition to starring, Portman serves as executive producer alongside producing partner Sophie Mas. Nathan Ross and the late Jean-Marc Vallée serve as executive producers for Crazyrose, and Julie Gardner executive produces for Bad Wolf America. Layne Eskridge, Amy Kaufman, Boaz Yakin and author Lippman also executive produce.

The soundtrack is composed by Marcus Norris, the founder and artistic director of the South Side Symphony. The live performances are composed and produced by the critically acclaimed Bekon, a Grammy-nominated producer known for his work on Kendrick Lamar’s albums “DAMN.” and “Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers.”

Apple TV+ offers premium, compelling drama and comedy series, feature films, groundbreaking documentaries, and kids and family entertainment, and is available to watch across all of a user’s favorite screens. After its launch on November 1, 2019, Apple TV+ became the first all-original streaming service to launch around the world, and has premiered more original hits and received more award recognitions faster than any other streaming service in its debut. To date, Apple Original films, documentaries and series have earned 494 wins and 2,165 award nominations and counting, including multi-Emmy Award-winning comedy “Ted Lasso” and historic Oscar Best Picture winner “CODA.”
